As one of the Directors and Co-Owner, Natasha is jointly responsible for the successful leadership and management of Urban Element. Natasha is also instrumental in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the business and delivering this to the team. As joint owners Jon and Natasha split the Director roles, with Natasha responsible for HR and Operations in particular. As HR Director, Natasha manages Urban Element's most valuable asset: its people. In this role, Natasha is responsible for recruitment, selection, on-boarding, induction and training & development. As Operations Director, Natasha takes accountability for and oversees the day to day running of the office and is Urban Element's most fervent ambassador of process and standardization.

As Account Manager, Alice has a focus on customer satisfaction and is responsible for establishing and maintaining productive and professional relationships with clients. In conjunction with the UX team and Project Managers she tracks core business deliverables along with support and development to assess customers’ future needs.
Lucy works alongside the Project Manager and Account Manager to maintain and develop existing client relationships; acting as their point of contact for any technical issues. Lucy is also responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of small works and support & development cases are carried out quickly and effectively.
Ben is part of the Core Business Team and as one of our Senior Visual Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative web-based and mobile designs. Ben is tasked with crafting graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments that adapt and flow with responsive web design systems. He too has to partner with our Front End Developers to create HTML and CSS-friendly designs. Ben also forms part of the Small Works Team and uses his extensive experience in print design to create anything from promotional flyers and business cards through to signage and roller banners, ensuring all creative broadcast across all channels lives up to the highest quality of the company’s visual standards.
As one of our Senior Visual Designers, Dan forms a key part of our Core Business Team. Dan is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative web-based and mobile designs. He not only is tasked with bringing concepts to life, but cultivating bonds between customers and brands. He knows the power of imagery and wields it appropriately. Dan partners with our Front End Developers to create HTML and CSS-friendly designs. Furthermore, Dan is part of the Small Works Team, in which he puts his background in creating illustrations, animation and design for educational media to good use developing existing clients websites further.
As Technical Lead, Jim works closely with Project Managers to manage and mentor the development team and support them with any training. Jim consults and leads development on core business projects to advise and support clients on the technical requirements, more specifically when a bespoke .Net solution is needed.
Jim keeps a close eye on industry trends and advises the directors when new technologies should be adopted by the team. His analytical approach to development helps to highlight problems areas before they arise.
Chris is one of two Front End Developers and is responsible for the production, modification and maintenance of websites and web application’s user interfaces. This involves working closely with the design team, in using semantic mark-up language i.e. XHTML/CSS, to turn their static Photoshop designs into working browser based web pages. Most of the time Chris works with off-the-shelf CMS systems (Business Catalyst & Sitefinity) and works closely with the designers to integrate designs seamlessly into the chosen technology.

In writing engaging, persuasive and user friendly website copy, Luke helps organisations to meet their objectives by encouraging conversions.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, Matt specialises in the generation of engaging content, including blog posts and case studies. His role, as part of the Digital Marketing Team, is to implement and fulfill client content strategy, whilst ensuring this content is optimised for SEO and user readability. Matt also has experience of working with various digital marketing tools, such as Moz, Screaming Frog and Google Analytics, as well as popular CMS Adobe Business Catalyst and Wordpress.
As Digital Marketing Executive, Camille specialises in content marketing and is responsible for the generation of blog posts for our wide portfolio of clients. As part of the digital marketing team, Camille uses SEO to ensure that her content is optimised in order to increase the client’s online rankings.
