Natasha started out in the corporate world in London as a Sales Executive for a large company called Marcus Evans. Selling sponsorship for events in the finance and technology industry.
From a very young age, she knew she wanted to run her own business. Rightly or wrongly, Natasha believed one of the key skill sets required for running your own business is to be able to sell.
Having spent a lot of time with an international business development and management training company, where Natasha held the position of Director (Sales & Marketing) for the Oxford based franchise, she managed to continually grow those necessary sales skills.
In her role as Director she helped set-up and manage 15 UK offices. Furthermore, and most importantly, Natasha’s role involved working with different companies and business owners across many different industries and sectors, helping them in four core areas of their companies, strategy, structure, staff and skills.
Natasha joined Urban Element as General Manager in February 2013. And year later went on to buy out two of the shareholders, becoming Director and Co-Owner.
When not working, Natasha is a keen sports person, having competed in several triathlons, played basketball at county level, swimming internationally and most recently having completed the Oxford half marathon. Natasha has a keen interest in psychology, sociology, and linguistics. Having more recently become a finalist, Entrepreneur of the Year, at the Oxfordshire Venus Awards, she has a very keen interest in business in general.
