All joking aside Urban Element are always on the look out for new talent. It would be truthful to say that we don't like the classical recruitment channels. Agencies can be rude, impersonal and target driven, we would much rather you approach us. It shows that your keen and allows us to not only get to know you but also helps put you at ease from the get go.
We often advertise our jobs on specialist recuitments sites (namely freelancers and gradsouthwest ). Having been students ourselves we are also keen to take on industrial placement students or talented summer time uni goers.
