At Urban Element we are always on the hunt for personable, skilled and dedicated people to come and join our ever growing team. As new positions opened up, there were two individuals who were keen to step up to the plate; Alice McLinden and Luke Micallef.
Alice has joined us with experience working in the ecommerce and software industry, and a degree in Business Management to boot. Having previously worked with SMEs, Alice has gained valuable experience in responding to the most complex of client needs and demonstrates this through her thorough approach to client relationship management.
Alice strives for high levels of customer satisfaction through meeting and exceeding expectations, then assessing future needs through support and development. As well as cultivating relationships with clients, Alice is also in charge of meeting with the UX team and Project Managers to review project performance and make recommendations on potential improvements to processes.
Luke joined the team as our Digital Content Strategist, after six years working for a top university. With an extensive background in digital content production, he has developed a passion for creating content that is both relevant and user-focused.
Luke develops strong working relationships with our clients; understanding their tone and the goals of their businesses in order to develop and modify standards and guidelines. Luke works closely with the UX and Core Business teams to create innovative content solutions that support our clients’ needs and help them to reach their end goals,
He also supports the Digital Marketing team with content and where necessary, mentors them on their content focus and development ideas.
We’re always on the look out for new recruits, so if you’re interested in becoming the next member of Urban Element team, then please contact us today.
