Hayley is trained in Data Protection and Insolvency Law, and brings with her a great deal of knowledge and experience to provide a fair and efficient service when it comes to collecting customer payments.
In fact, Hayley has already introduced new recovery services and techniques to ensure our customers receive correct and relevant financial information – which allows them to keep their records up to date as well as our own.
Hayley is always seeking to enhance her own credit control knowledge and is currently studying for her Practical Book-Keeping qualification in her spare time.
