Oxford Intensive School of English (OISE) is an English language school with offices in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany and Switzerland. With a large site in 5 different languages, they needed a partner who could support them with updating and optimising their sites. Our work has helped to improve the user experience and increase their conversion rates.
OISE had long term goals for their site, but also wanted us to take on a number of urgent development tasks. These would enable them to update their content more easily and improve the usability of the site.
Our expert developers quickly got to grips with the setup of their sites. They were then able to make some changes that gave OISE much needed access to key content areas. We also made some changes to optimise forms, helping to improve their UX and conversion rate.
OISE's longer term goal was to make sure their website was working as hard as possible for their business. To help them achieve this, we needed to learn more about their business, their audiences and their goals.
We met with some key members of the team to understand how the business operates across the different territories. They gave us insights into the goals for their business and who their audiences are. This strong grounding allowed us to assess their existing sites and make recommendations that would provide measurable results.
After our comprehensive review of the OISE websites we put together a 6 month plan of developments. These will improve the performance and user experience of the sites, helping to increase user engagement and drive more conversions.
We use analytics and user tracking software to understand how people are using the OISE site. This helps us to make informed recommendations and see how well changes are performing. All this data, along with regular reviews helps to ensure our work is always supporting their business.
